Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how PosiTech (legal entity: Positech LLC, 31 Moskovyan str., Yerevan, 0002, Armenia) collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile applications and our website www.positech.dev.

PosiTech is the developer of the following Android apps published on Google Play under the developer name PosiTech:

In this policy, "PosiTech", "we", "us" and "our" mean Positech LLC, and "Apps" means the apps listed above. PosiTech is the controller of personal data processed through the Apps.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account information: if you create an account or sign in, your email address, and a name or user ID provided by a sign-in service you choose (for example Google).
Support requests: your email address and the content of your message when you contact us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Device information: device model, operating system version, language, app version.
Identifiers: advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), app instance ID, IP address.
App activity: books opened, listening and reading progress, bookmarks, in-app search queries, screens viewed.
Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.

2.3 Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.

The Apps do not access your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera.

3. How we use information

to provide the Apps' features: playback, syncing your library and progress across devices, restoring purchases;
to show advertising in free versions of the Apps, including personalised ads where you have allowed it;
to analyse usage, fix bugs and improve the Apps;
to answer your support requests;
to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Advertising

Free versions of the Apps show ads served by the Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK), operated by Yandex. The ad SDK may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See Yandex's privacy policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential.

Ads may also be served by Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction data to serve, personalise and measure ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

5. Third-party services

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf or as described here:

Google Play services / Google Play Billing — app distribution, purchases and subscriptions (Google Privacy Policy);
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — analytics, crash reports and notifications (Firebase privacy);
Yandex Mobile Ads — advertising (see section 4);
Google AdMob — advertising (see section 4);
hosting providers that store our servers and content.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer by law (for example, purchase records). Analytics and crash data are kept in aggregated or pseudonymised form for up to 14 months.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data:

Send an email to privacy@positech.dev from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of the App. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Uninstalling an App removes data stored on your device but does not delete your account.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on servers with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@positech.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the service providers listed above. We take steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy.

12. Website

The website www.positech.dev does not have a contact form and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you write to us by email, we process your email address, name and any other details you include in your message only to reply to you. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be announced in the Apps.
